The anchors are components of the fall arrest system. They can be either temporary or permanent. In any case, they must be connected to a retention structure, which must be sturdy enough to absorb the forces generated in the event of a fall. There are four types of anchors:
– Permanent anchors: PA – PAC 11 – Ringsafe – Ballsafe
– Rescue lanyards formed as an anchoring cable or rail : devices of type TRAVSAFE , TRAVFLEX, TRAVSPRING, STOPRAIL
– Temporary rescue lanyards, e.g. TIRSAFE, Tempo 2, Tempo 3
– Temporary anchors: belt ring AS 19, Tracpode, door bar, Rollclamp, Roolbeam
